Data Entry and Tracking Officer

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate input of delivery logs, event data, and other operational records.
• Assist in generating daily and weekly fleet activity reports.
• Monitor vehicle movements and trip statuses in real-time.
• Flag route deviations, delays, and idle time issues.
• Liaise with drivers and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational excellence.
• Report daily to central operations on performance and exceptions.

Requirements:

• OND qualification is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Reliability and consistency in daily tasks.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• High personal discipline and ability to enforce accountability.
• Previous experience in logistics or FMCG operations is an advantage
• Experience with GPS tracking platforms.
• Ability to work on shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and alertness to fleet behavior trends

This role is strictly for OND candidates and must reside within Ikeja and its environ
