Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
Interviewing: Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment with the company.
Selection and Placement: Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews with them. Facilitate the decision-making process and assist in extending job offers.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive and professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates.
Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain recruitment reports.
Employer Branding: Contribute to promoting the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through branding and marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand the specific requirements of each job opening and develop effective recruitment strategies.
