Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician in the solar energy industry, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Your work will contribute to our commitment to providing clean energy solutions and reducing our environmental footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and associated components to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Repairs: Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty or damaged components, including panels, wiring, battery, connectors, and inverters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of OND in is required. Technical or vocational training in electrical, or solar energy systems is a plus.
Proven experience in maintenance and repair of solar energy systems such as Batteries, Inverter Panel etc.
Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, including photovoltaic technology.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Have understanding of a battery circuit Module
Have experience in Purchasing repair parts of a solar system
Ability to drive with a valid drivers’ license
